The Automation QA engineer role plays an important part in our company's development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective. Tasks in the position:

Support of the existing test. Daily analysis of test executions, fixing framework defects, updating locators, implementing required steps, CI/CD support, etc.Continuous improvement of existing framework. We have quite an extensive backlog divided by milestones (improved cross-browser testing, security testing, performance testing, self bench marking, overall test reliability etc), so all teammates are involved in framework development.Writing BDD auto tests for UI and API. Daily increment of automated tests.We expect that new team member will be good at communication and actively contribute new ideas/solutions/improvements.Bug Reporting. Create clear and meaningful defects in JIRA.

Requirements2-4 yrs years of experience in quality assurance/testing, 1+ years in automationExperience in automated web / API testingUnderstanding of Server/Client architectureExperience working in Scrum/Agile teamsExperience working with task tracking systems, e.g. JiraParticipating in QA activities planningBeen able to work in a frequently changing environment(goals, tasks, priorities might be changed quite fast)Team player, a fast learner and passionate about advancing in the QA worldIntermediate English to communicate by email and on conference callsNice to have:Experience in test frameworks/tools (Playwright/Puppeteer, CodeceptJS, Selenium, Wdio, etc)Experience in using Unit Testing tools (Jest, Mocha, etc)Understanding Web technologies ( HTML, CSS etc), data formats (XML, JSON, YAML)Understanding of TypeScript ES6 JavaScriptExperience with Cucumber(Gherkin, BDD, etc)
