About the Role

We are seeking experienced and passionate IT Recruiters to join our dynamic teams in India. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing deals.

You will play a critical role in building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and successful recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing & Screening:

- Actively source and identify qualified IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.- Conduct in-depth phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.

2. Candidate Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process.- Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates.- Manage candidate on boarding and ensure a smooth transition into new roles.

3. Client Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and requirements.- Proactively identify and address client concerns.- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with clients.

4. Recruitment Process Management:

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of candidates.- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage candidate data.- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly recruitment reports.

5. Market Research & Analysis:

- Stay abreast of current industry trends, technologies, and salary benchmarks.- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and understand competitive landscapes.

6. Team Leadership (Optional):

- Guide and mentor junior recruiters.- Oversee the performance of a team of recruiters.- Contribute to team development initiatives.

7. Account Management/Client Management/Business Development (Optional):

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, with a strong focus on permanent placements.- Deep understanding of the Australian IT market, including current industry trends, technologies, and salary benchmarks.- Proven ability to source and screen a high volume of candidates effectively.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).- Experience working with Australian Federal Government clients (highly preferred).- Experience working with security-cleared candidates (highly preferred).- Experience in team leadership (highly preferred).- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Working Hours:

- 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

Holidays:

- As per the Australian calendar.

Key Considerations:

- This role requires a strong understanding of various IT roles, including Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, Testers, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, System Analysts, IT Architects, and many more.- We primarily work with Australian citizens and prioritize candidates with experience working with security-cleared individuals.- We are seeking long-term team members with a strong commitment to growth and success within the recruitment.
