JobDescription:
Responsibilities:
Perform dataanalysis to identify trends patterns and outliers related tobanking risk factors such as credit market and operationalrisks.
Develop andmaintain complex SQL queries to extract manipulate and analyze datafrom various databases and datasources.
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including Risk Management Finance andOperations to understand business requirements and translate theminto data analysissolutions.
Design andimplement data visualization dashboards and reports using toolssuch as Tableau or Power BI to effectively communicate insights tostakeholders.
Conduct adhocanalysis and provide datadriven recommendations to supportstrategic initiatives and risk mitigationefforts.
Stay updated onindustry trends regulatory requirements and best practices inbanking risk management to ensure compliance and enhance riskassessmentprocesses.
Requirements
RequiredSkills andQualifications:
Provenexperience minimum of 4 years as a Business Data Analyst or similarrole in the banking or financial servicesindustry.
Strongproficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries andoptimize databaseperformance.
Handsonexperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BIorsimilar.
Solidunderstanding of banking risk management principles methodologiesand regulatoryrequirements.
Excellentanalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data setsand generate actionableinsights.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively acrossteams.
Detailorientedwith a focus on accuracy and quality ofanalysis.
Certificationssuch as Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or CertifiedInformation Systems Auditor (CISA)preferred.
