Job Description:

As a Technical Product Marketing Manager for our digital forensics and incident response products, you will play a vital role in positioning our offerings in the market and driving their adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to develop and execute strategic marketing plans. Your technical expertise and deep understanding of the industry will be crucial in effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products to customers and prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the digital forensics and incident response market, including customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape.
  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that effectively communicates the unique value proposition of our digital forensics and incident response products.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to translate technical features and capabilities into customer-focused benefits and use cases.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and product launch plans, ensuring proper positioning, target audience identification, and effective messaging across marketing channels.
  • Create high-quality marketing content and collateral, including product datasheets, whitepapers, presentations, case studies, and website content.
  • Support the sales team with training, enablement materials, and product demonstrations to effectively convey product value and address customer inquiries.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market growth.
  • Engage with industry influencers, customers, and partners to drive thought leadership and establish the company as a trusted authority in the digital forensics and incident response space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in technical product marketing, preferably in the field of digital forensics, incident response, cybersecurity, or a related industry.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful marketing content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
