Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high traffic e-commerce websites.
Develop and optimize existing features, as well as prototype and implement new features on eCommerce websites.
Ability to design and implement elegant and simple software solutions for business problems.
Prototyping with new technologies to evaluate them for inclusion in our technology stack
Improving website performance, availability, resource usage
Contributing to the continual improvement of our development process
The job has shifts in alternative weeks. The timings of the two shifts will be first shift 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and second shift will be 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM. If you are on second shift you will be working from home.
Skills & Requirements
Strong PHP and MySql capabililities.
Experience in implementing end to end Magento/Wordpress projects is a must.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Magento. Exposure to Magento 2.0 is a plus.
Solid understanding of general principles of caching and scaling websites, including configuring and optimizing Redis, Apache, and MySQL.
Minimum of 4-6 years web development experience using PHP
Understanding and ability to code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (focus on jQuery)
Analytical thinker, self-motivated and driven to learn new technologies.
A constant desire to improve, learn more, and take things higher producing quality deliverables
