Job Description : Senior QA Analyst - Performance Testing

Location : Remote (Anywhere in India)

Experience : 5 to 6 Years

Role :

As a Senior QA Analyst - Performance Testing, you'll be pivotal in ensuring that our applications perform optimally under varying user loads, guaranteeing a seamless user experience. Your expertise in performance testing will be instrumental in identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact end-users. We are seeking a candidate with comprehensive experience in end-to-end performance testing.

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and support performance testing systems and strategies.

- Conduct end-to-end performance testing, including designing scripts, executing tests, and generating reports.

- Develop test scripts for API and web-based applications.

- Execute performance tests, capture results, and conduct thorough analysis.

- Utilize monitoring tools like Dynatrace (optional) to enhance performance testing capabilities.

- Work with defect management tools such as Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps, etc.

- Apply strong knowledge and experience in SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.

- Report performance test progress and defects effectively.

- Familiarity with Groovy is a plus.

- Understand Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills :

- 4-6 years of experience in end-to-end performance testing.

- Proficiency in JMeter for performance testing is mandatory (2 years of experience required), NeoLoad and LoadRunner experience are optional.

- Experience in Test Script Development for API and web-based applications.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace (optional, 2 years of experience preferred).

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.

- Ability to create and report performance test progress and defects.

- Good understanding of Groovy is preferred.

- Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.
