Mumbai.Our TeamThe Global Engineering function ensures that CAPEX projects are delivered on time with the best technologies at the most competitive cost. The challenge of this function is to “deliver quickly competitive cash machines for our short term growth.Their missionDevelop best technical solutions to answer our business needsDeliver new installations: design safe installations & install safely new capacitiesProvide technical support & expertise to our operationsMaintain & develop our technical know-how & innovateServe as the Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering department’s primary point of contact for all electrical system design and project-related inquiries, concerns, and requestsResponsible for Preparation of EIA documents for concept study/ FEED and detail engineering / Value challenge / Various gate keeping on Capital Project effectiveness processYour experience and talents will make the difference to:Review the P&ID, instrumentation philosophy and control philosophy.Knowledge of detail engineering of PLC, DCS and SCADA systems.Prepare drawings of control system architecture and its block diagram.Preparing control system engineering logic diagram and IO database.Preparation of Loop Diagram and Control Block logic diagram.Preparation of Instrumentation index and I/O list.Preparation of requisition or specification, data sheets for various instruments.Offer evaluation, vendor drawing review, sizing or selection for field Instruments.Testing, evaluating, and calibrating products and instruments.Preparation of hook-up drawings.Preparation of cable, tube schedules and MTO.Checking of instrumentation specifications, schedules, quantities, DCS I/O list.Prepare drawings during project execution and as-built drawing after project execution.Preparation of material requisition and indents.Participate in HAZOP studies.Value challenge and stakeholder alignmentPreparation and implantation of Commissioning Protocol , Operating Manuals and RFQAssist site / Project Manager/ GPL / PMC for timely project execution and solve any engineering problem during a projectWhat we will love about you:Thorough understanding of engineering theory and design criteria.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software like MS Project .Proficient with computer-aided drafting (CAD) software / 3D modelling - preferredAnd also …Having Engineering Degree in "Electronics & Instrumentation" and "PMI certification".Posses knowledge of Project Management in Electrical and Automation, with 2-3+ years of experience in a management or leadership roleTotal of 15-20 years of experience in multi-site design, detailing, and site Project Management of continuous process starch industryIf you identify yourself in this position, please apply by uploading your resume and let's start the journey together Roquette is proud to be a global company where you can find personal and professional growth through multiple diverse experiences.Roquette believes Diversity, Equity and Inclusion must be woven into everything we do, from the products we make, through the relationships we build with our partners, and most importantly within the teams we create and how we interact together.As we continue to grow, Roquette understands that to be successful we must always be inclusive in our approach, by creating a workforce that represents the world we live in, and the communities and customers we serve.To find out more about our products, values and sustainable development ambitions visit us at and at
