Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled MarTech Specialist with expertise in customer engagement platforms and a strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Content Management Systems (CMS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing customer engagement strategies, focusing on driving measurable results and improving the overall customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Data Platforms (CDP): Implement and optimize CDP solutions, ensuring seamless data integration and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • CMS Platforms: Work with CMS platforms to optimize websites and landing pages for user experience, engagement, and conversions.
  • Customer Engagement Platforms: Drive customer engagement strategies using tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, and Amplitude, across channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Customer Strategy Development: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, analyze customer behavior, and design strategies that improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Design and implement advanced segmentation strategies to create personalized customer journeys, enhancing engagement at every stage.
  • Data Integration & Analytics: Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate data flow and utilize customer insights for shaping effective marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer strategies and business objectives.
  • Website & Landing Page Optimization: Optimize websites and landing pages in collaboration with the design and development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership in integrating and troubleshooting martech platforms and ensuring data accuracy and performance monitoring.


Requirements:

  • 3 - 7 years of experience in MarTech or a related role, with a focus on customer strategy.
  • Hands-on experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), CMS platforms, and customer engagement platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, and Amplitude.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing customer strategies to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Solid understanding of customer segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization strategies.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data.
  • Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in explaining marketing strategies and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
