Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in fine-tuning custom models, integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise applications, and generating effective datasets. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate with both technical and product teams to drive our AI initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop machine learning algorithms and models to enhance our cybersecurity solutions.- Fine-tune custom AI models to meet specific requirements and integrate them into existing enterprise applications.- Generate, augment, and maintain datasets suitable for training and validating models.- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to ensure seamless implementation of AI functionalities.- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our products.- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability.- Provide AI/ML insights and support to cross-functional teams, including product development and data analysis groups.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically in fine-tuning models and integrating them into software applications.- Strong proficiency with programming languages such as Python.- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and libraries.- Demonstrated ability to create and manage large datasets.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.- Strong communication skills to effectively share technical information with non-technical team members.
