Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience, is preferred6+ years of technical project management experienceDeep understanding of all aspects of software design with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibilityExperience managing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on that meet customer expectations for timeliness and qualityExperience managing project budgets and reporting while ensuring compliance with Jira/Rally and Agile delivery platformExcellent oral and written interpersonal skills; Ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technical and business product managersAbility to get industry leading solutions to market efficiently and effectivelyExperience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teamsAbility to enable business capabilities through innovationDemonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and takes pride in how fast they develop working softwareScrum Master Certification is a needed.PMI Certification is a plusExperience using Rally/Jira agile delivery management platform is a plusExperience with object-oriented design and coding skills across a variety of platforms (JAVA, Python, Application Security) is a plusExperience with web applications and API development is a plus.Experience with OWASP top 10 is a plus.
