Job Description:· Handle complete Content Life Cycle Management of Various Programs rolled out through our Alliance Partners· Strategizing on New Program Content Development; Strengthening our existing online programs and offline joint degree programs with practices which would be best in the industry predominantly in the Online Space.· Strategize and Execution of Instructional Design concepts, insights of graphics, optimization of user interface and delivery of finished product.· Plan, source, develop and execute various content development activities as per Curriculum (Learning Resources like interactive videos, gamified modules, simulated case studies, e-learning, Virtual Labs, role plays, games etc) within the approved budgets / timelines.· Coordination with Academic Experts / Vendors / Teams for timely delivery of Content· Create engaging learning content and compelling course content that enhances course delivery and student retention.

Key Skills:· Strong Project Management Skills· Deep Understanding in Developing Online Content in various formats; which is required for engaging the considering the outcome of the course· Apart from Tool Based E-Learning Content Development; the Candidate should be also Proficient in Video Content Production Studio Based: Pre-Recording / Recording / Post Recording Activities

Academic Qualifications and Relevant Work-Experience:· Post-graduate from Management or Engineering· 8-10 Years’ of Experience in the E-Learning / Content Development preferable in Education Sector· Experience with curriculum development processes and modular courseware development is preferred

Experience with working on various Course Content Designing Tools like:· Articulate Storyline· Adobe Captivate· Techsmith Camtasia· Vyond
