Job Title:

Analyst Marketing Support

Summary:

This position would be responsible to support Marketing Leaders in execution of the strategic and tactical plans for the respective BUs leveraging the right market research methodologies, data analysis, and tools. This role further involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Responsibilities Include:

Tasks and responsibilities of the position:

General market research and analysis

Market research and data analysis to support building a business case for new products/go-to-market plans, etc. as well as to understand dynamics of Construction business for the respective sub-regions. General market analysis for upcoming trends, competitor product launches, project wins, etc. Identify potential customers/validation partners for new product concepts market introduction and validation. Support Commercial team on gathering right documents on project submissions, testing and certification requirements in a time-sensitive manner.

Marcomm collaboration:

General documentation projects , update website, TDS Follow-up to create case studies, project profiles etc. for key regions and products. Assist in creating other collateral such as journal articles, trade publications etc. Help with planning and execution & tasks related to organizing and participating in tradeshows.

NPIs

Follow-up with appropriate internal functions to get details required to complete NPI process milestones at each stage. Work with ADE/Technical/Commercial team to create product launch package, sales tools, etc.

Any other tasks to support Market Segment Leader in tactical & strategic initiatives related to achieving regional Segment goals

Decision Making Authority:

Medium/Low (case to case basis)

Key Metrics Role is Accountable For:

Ensure timely and meaningful market research and analysis to enable business decision making.

Partner with the Marketing Leaders in providing value added analysis, be able to communicate & drive strategic initiatives/ideas.

Key Relationships:

Marketing Segment Leaders, Partners, Technology and other cross functions

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in market research, analysis, creation of marketing contents. Strong English Communication Skills across functions and role types, internally and externally (verbal and written) Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills – demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global, matrix environment. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables. Solid understanding of market research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and statistical concepts. Business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
