The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven hiring frameworks, and a KPI-driven approach to consistently meet onboarding targets for both average and niche skill roles.Job Title:International Recruiter – Global Talent AcquisitionLocation: India (Remote/Hybrid)Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for international roles.- Hiring Targets:- Achieve 8–10 onboardings/month for average skill roles.- Achieve 3–5 onboardings/month for niche skill roles.- Market Intelligence: Maintain high-level understanding of job market conditions, cultural nuances, compensation structures, taxation, and payroll systems in the USA, UK, UAE, KSA, Qatar and GCC.- Sourcing Strategy: Leverage personal network, job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms to identify top talent.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and onboarding success.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: 10+ years in international recruitment, preferably with exposure to the USA, UK, UAE, KSA, and Qatar markets.-Knowledge:- Familiarity with global compensation models, taxation norms, and payroll systems.- Understanding of cultural expectations and work ethics across regions.- Tools: Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Network: Strong professional network across global talent pools.- Mindset: KPI-driven, target-oriented, and agile in approach.KPIs & Performance Metrics:- Monthly onboarding targets (average vs. niche skills)- Time-to-hire and time-to-onboard- Offer-to-acceptance ratio- Candidate satisfaction score- Hiring manager satisfaction scorePreferred Qualifications:- Experience working with global teams or in a multinational environment.- Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM, AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).- Exposure to hiring in tech, data, AI, or engineering domains is a plus.
