Job Description: AI Developer (LLM and VAPI AI Expertise)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and VAPI AI to lead the development of advanced AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM-based applications while leveraging VAPI AI for enhanced functionality. This role demands a deep understanding of AI technologies, a creative mindset, and the ability to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • LLM and VAPI AI Development
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions using LLMs such as GPT, BERT, or similar frameworks, integrated with VAPI AI capabilities.
  • Implement state-of-the-art techniques for prompt engineering, training, and VAPI AI customization.
  • Build and integrate APIs that combine LLM functionality with VAPI AI features for seamless end-user experiences.
  • AI Solution Development
  • Create AI-powered tools such as chatbots, virtual assistants, recommendation engines, and content generation systems.
  • Utilize VAPI AI to enhance conversational AI systems and develop scalable, interactive applications.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure AI solutions align with user requirements and business goals.
  • Data Management & Training
  • Collect, preprocess, and manage datasets for LLM fine-tuning and VAPI AI customization.
  • Optimize data pipelines to improve performance and training efficiency.
  • Address issues related to bias, transparency, and ethical considerations in AI systems.
  • Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting
  • Monitor AI applications in production to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues with LLMs, VAPI AI integrations, and APIs.
  • Conduct regular updates and enhancements to maintain relevance and reliability.
  • Research & Innovation
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI, particularly LLMs and VAPI AI.
  • Experiment with cutting-edge frameworks and architectures to drive innovation.
  • Share insights and findings with internal stakeholders or the broader AI community.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on LLMs and conversational AI.
  • Hands-on experience working with VAPI AI and deploying its solutions in production environments.
  • Proven track record of building and integrating AI systems in SaaS or startup settings.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
  • Deep understanding of transformer-based architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5).
  • Expertise in VAPI AI customization and deployment.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong skills in database management, data preprocessing, and handling large datasets.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
