Position: NON–IT Bench Sales Recruiter Location: Kavuri Hills, Hyderabad Experience: 4–6 Years Work Type: Work from Office About Vidlexinfo LLCVidlexinfo LLC is a trusted name in US Staffing, with a strong foothold in the NON-IT domain , especially across Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, and Life Sciences . We specialize in providing highly skilled professionals for Validation, Quality, Manufacturing, CSV, QA/QC, and other specialized Pharma/Healthcare requirements. Our growing client base and proven track record in the NON-IT staffing market give recruiters the platform to work on challenging roles while building lasting vendor and consultant relationships. ResponsibilitiesHandle Bench Sales Recruiting (NON-IT focus) with 4–6 years of proven US Staffing experience. Market Bench Consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC, and USC) to prime vendors and clients. Strong knowledge and exposure to Pharma/Biotech roles, including Validation (Equipment, Cleaning, Process), Quality & Manufacturing, CSV, QA/QC, and Regulatory Affairs. Experience handling Technician and Specialist roles will be an added advantage. Build, maintain, and leverage a strong vendor and client database for quick turnaround on requirements. Proficient in resume formatting and presentation to highlight candidate strengths as per client needs. Proactive and aggressive in vendor engagement, negotiations, and placements to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to maximize consultant marketing and placements. Excellent communication skills for continuous interaction with vendors, consultants, and clients. Hands-on experience with Job Boards (Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.) for resume sourcing and marketing. Ability to identify market trends in NON-IT staffing, particularly within Pharma/Healthcare domains, to align sales strategies. Maintain regular activity reports on submissions, interviews, offers, and placements. Contribute to team growth by sharing best practices, market intelligence, and vendor relationships.
