Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Google & Facebook Ads Manager to join our team at SocialCTR Solutions. As the Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing Google and Facebook advertising campaigns for our clients. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The job is based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience in Google and Facebook advertisingExtensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google AdsProven track record of successfully managing and optimizing advertising campaignsStrong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsIn-depth understanding of digital marketing principles and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCertifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are highly preferredExperience with other digital marketing channels, such as SEO and PPC, is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and implement effective Google and Facebook advertising strategies for our clientsConduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to optimize campaign performanceCreate and manage ad campaigns, including ad copy creation, targeting, bidding, and budget optimizationMonitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendationsTrack KPIs and campaign metrics to evaluate and report on the effectiveness of campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to create compelling and engaging adsStay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our clients' campaigns are cutting-edgeProvide exceptional client service by understanding their business goals and proactively addressing their needsIdentify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation by upselling additional services to clients
