Role Description This is a remote Human Resources Assistant Intern role. As an intern, you will assist with daily HR activities, including recruitment support, management of HR systems, and coordination of employee benefits and training initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience with human resource information systems (HRIS) and actively participate in helping ensure smooth HR processes. This internship provides a structured opportunity to build foundational skills and contribute to strategic HR projects. Qualifications Foundational knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Understanding or familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration processes Aptitude for supporting and assisting in training programs Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory) 6 Month internship (Non Paid)
