Job Purpose


The Reward and Recognition person is responsible for supporting the Manager Performance, Standards and Rewards in the implementation and coordination of targeted reward and recognition initiatives in order to improve employee engagement and encourage the attraction and retention of staff.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage the process for selecting, tracking, and awarding recognition rewards in a way that delights Ambassadors.
  • Oversee the purchasing of recognition gifts rewards, including researching vendors, working with Ambassadors to ensure approval and overseeing the touches for the Ambassador experience at all events as appropriate for each rank.
  • Ensure all recognition rewards stay within budget.
  • Partner with internal departments including Procurement, Training, Marketing and Events to ensure contests are negotiated to find the best rate.
  • Leverage feedback to select products for rewards and recognition with the focus on quality and appropriateness of given rewards and recognition.
  • Develop a consistent guideline of gifts that are resolvable and customary for each level including ranking to get to the next level.
  • Manage awards for different Ambassador Levels. Create packaging and presentation. Outline for each level of recognition including conceptual, rewards, jewelry, etc.
  • Prepare any rewards and recognition needed for any events, conventions and Ambassador meetings.
  • Present recognition programs and deliver awards through flawless and professional presentations.
  • Support and maintain responsibility for the annual calendar of recognition and monthly recognition activities in partnership with field sales, training, marketing teams, incentives/promotions and customer service teams to support incentives, drive KPIs and overall recognition.
  • Develop and execute cross-functional incentive awards with recognition assets needed to support incentive opportunities for key monthly, quarterly and annual incentives.
  • Support and maintain monthly reporting processes and ad-hoc program analytics to drive performance assessments and opportunities to enhance ongoing recognition and incentive programs.
  • Gather data and report on recognition / incentive results to identify successes and apply learnings to future program recommendations.
  • Determine and apply the best approach to obtain data required to meet reporting needs and anticipate data gap issues to ensure accurate earners are identified and recognized for all programs and incentives.
  • Organize complex data into clear, concise report summaries with strong attention to detail.
  • Build complex Excel workbook templates for each business application/contest/event using moderately advanced Excel skills for formula applications, macros, calculations, filters, pivot tables & graphs. Convert raw data into concise usable reports to make business decisions.
  • Provide analytics to consolidate, summarize and report contest winners & rank advancements to respective departments.
  • Extract complex data from commission reports needed to determine contest winners.
  • Create, format and update, all Recognition reports, lists and documents as needed.
  • Track all recognition data and projects for future projections and forecasts.
  • Work closely with the Recognition Team in the set-up, execution and breakdown of all recognition awards and programs at annual events.

MBA/ Post-Graduate/ Graduate


Relevant Work Experience


  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience related to sales strategy, growth and/or creation of recognition and rewards
  • You have moderate to advanced knowledge of Excel and other database software’s like PowerPoint. ONLY APPLY WHEN THIS IS BEING MET
  • Knowledge of Canava, and other contest presentation tools is a plus
