About the Job:

At Birlasoft, we're looking for an experienced Data Modeler with Guidewire experience.

Title: Data Modeler - Guidewire

Location: Noida/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore

Educational Background: Any Graduation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of data loading frameworks for data migration and data integration projects.
  • Good understanding of Insurance domain and work experience in at least one of the operational areas – New Business, Policy Administration, Claims and Billing
  • Should possess good amount of experience in Analysis, Requirement gathering, Elicitation, Documentation and Testing.
  • Ability to conduct walkthroughs, workshops and meetings involving various business stakeholders.

Skills Required

  • Experience in development of GW data models
  • Strong analytical skills to build data mapping from Guidewire Claims/Policy Data model to legacy systems.
  • Good understanding of SQL and proficient in writing queries.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, able to comfortably converse with all facets in the client's organization.
  • Excellent solution evaluation skills. Drive technology solutions from a holistic and business value perspective.
  • Exposure/Experience in Agile SCRUM and/or SAFE methodology

Additional Requirements

  • Primarily office-based with the option for remote work as per company policy.
