Job Description

Job overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to our team. The core responsible is developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our properties, build brand awareness, and generate qualified leads. You will play a key role in both online and offline marketing efforts to support the company's sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns for residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals and target audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure client-focused marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates on lead status.
  • Support brand building efforts through consistent messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Organize and promote property launches, exhibitions, and other real estate events to enhance brand presence and client interaction.
  • Build relationships with media, agencies, and other partners for co-marketing opportunities.
  • Engage with local communities and develop initiatives that foster community engagement, build trust, and increase brand loyalty.
  • Good in communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any or Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1+years of experience in marketing, in, Ad agencies or real estate sector.(Preferable but not mandatory)
  • Creative mindset with a deep understanding of brand building and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
