As a Hotel Reservation Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to assist guests in making reservations, answering inquiries, and providing information about the hotel's amenities and services. You will be the first point of contact for potential guests and will contribute significantly to their overall satisfaction during their stay.
Responsibilities:

• Handle guest reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  
•  Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and special requests.
  
• Input and manage reservation details accurately in the hotel system.
  
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  
• Promote hotel services and upsell when possible.
  
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth guest experiences.
  
• Maintain updated records of reservations and guest interactions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office or Sales, preferably in hospitality industry.
  
• Familiarity with reservation systems and PMS.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
