You think in products, not just screens—you want to know why something matters before you decide how it looks.

You care about details but also about speed—perfection is a process of iteration, not a roadblock.
You're curious about AI, use it in your own workflow, and see how it can make both design and user experience sharper.
You're the kind of person who can sketch an idea in the morning, test it with the team in the afternoon, and by evening have a version in users' hands—learning and refining as you go.

Technical skills
Visual Design Tools: Competency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and understanding aesthetic aspects such as brand consistency and iconography.
Front-end Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript helps in creating feasible designs and collaborating with developers for implementation
