We're looking for enthusiastic and energetic baristas who are passionate about coffee, culture, and customer service to join our growing team.

We are hiring for the profile of Server/Barista.

Locations: Punjabi Bagh West(3 Vacancy) & M3M IFC, Sector-65, Gurgaon(4 Vacancy)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, matcha beverages, teas, and caf specialties
  • Deliver friendly and prompt service that reflects Japanese hospitality.
  • Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace and seating area
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking
  • Support daily operations, including opening and closing duties
  • Help create a unique, Instagrammable caf experience

Ideal Candidate

  • Freshers are welcome.
  • Passion for Japanese culture, aesthetics, and food trends.
  • Communication skills (English Preffered)
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Flexible with working hours, weekends, and holidays
