Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager at Brand Raga will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our clients' and our agency’s products and services. The candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, relevant AI tools, growth hacking techniques, lead generation, and content strategy and marketing. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and passionate about digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Allocate marketing investments effectively across channels to maximize ROI.
Social Media Management:
Oversee all social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.
Develop engaging content plans and manage social media campaigns.
Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
AI Tools and Technology:
Utilize relevant AI tools to enhance marketing efforts, such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and automation platforms.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and digital marketing tools to implement in strategies.
Growth Hacking:
Implement growth hacking techniques to rapidly test and iterate on marketing ideas.
Identify and implement opportunities for quick wins and long-term growth.
Lead Generation:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are converted into customers.
Content Strategy and Marketing:
Develop content strategies that align with the overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
Ensure content is optimized for SEO and drives engagement.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Use data and analytics to measure and evaluate campaign performance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite).
Experience with AI tools and technology in a marketing context.
Demonstrated success with growth hacking techniques and lead generation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
