The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:Required Skills (Technical Competency): Roles & Responsibilities: Designing, developing, testing and maintaining new features for applications using C# Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Understanding UX design process and experience working with UX design team and/or development team. Excellent knowledge in implementing UX designs, user interface screens, transitions etc. Bringing prototype code & systems-architecture up to production level quality Communicating & coordinating with external teams around technologies that align with our goals Unit test and debugging. Work closely with specification team for requirement analysis and technical solutions. Take ownership of the solution from end to end and be responsible for translating functional requirements into solutions. Performance tuning and optimization as per the application as per user and functional requirements. Required Skills (Technical Competency): Minimum 8 years of development experience in C# application development, .Net Framework or WPF Strong knowledge in object-oriented programming and design patterns. C# Serialization/Reflection Experience required. Strong knowledge in scripting tools. Working in an agile methodology/SCRUM environment Experience with automated unit, functional, and integration testing. Knowledge of code versioning systems such as Git, SVN etc are required. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team leading skills and experience in collaborating with clients. Desired Skills: Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of tools (BitBucket, Jira and Confluence), Jenkins Familiarity with common open source software and licenses Experience in Secure Development and industry standard coding practices. C# WPF Experience is an advantage. Knowledge in Unity 3d framework is an advantage. Knowledge in Ux Design tools like Figma
