Job Description: Technology Architect / Manager (Store Applications)
 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Architect / Manager to join our team as a key contributor to our Store Application development. As the Technology Architect / Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our robust and scalable store application. Your expertise and leadership will drive the success of our store application, ensuring its efficiency, reliability, and seamless functionality.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to foster their growth and maximize their potential.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance, to define requirements, develop specifications, and drive the implementation of store application features.

- Architect, design, and implement scalable and efficient solutions for the store application, ensuring high performance and stability.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and software quality.

- Continuously evaluate and improve the store application's technical architecture, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and apply that knowledge to enhance the store application.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality and ensure scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the store application, ensuring minimal downtime and delivering prompt solutions.

- Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement and improve deployment processes, monitoring, and infrastructure automation for the store application.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in building robust and scalable web applications.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Django, react, along with in-depth knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of software engineers, fostering collaboration, and guiding their professional growth.

- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong drive to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of successfully delivering software projects in an iterative manner.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) is highly desirable.

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
