Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, recruitment, payroll management, and employee documentation. Previous experience working with startups is a must.
Location: Bangalore, India
Type: Full-time, Onsite
Experience: Minimum 4+ years
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
1. People Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
2. Recruitment:
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and execute recruiting plans to attract, select, and retain high-quality employees.
Work closely with other departments to understand hiring needs and requirements for both tech and non-tech roles.
3. Payroll Management:
Manage and oversee the organization's payroll functions, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
Handle payroll queries and resolve any discrepancies.
4. Employee Documentation:
Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, payroll information, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Develop and manage HR policies and procedures.
5. HR Administration:
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including people management, recruitment, payroll, and employee documentation.
Must have experience working in a startup environment.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
