Job Profile:


  • Designing of piping deliverables like piping layout plan, section, isometrics, pipe supporting arrangement, pipe rack arrangements for the various projects.
  • Preparation of piping bill of quantities for tender release of the various projects.
  • Preparation of estimation of piping portion of projects.
  • Preparation of RFI for various projects.
  • Coordinating with the other department like Process, Civil, Architecture, HVAC, Electrical and instrumentation for finalizing RCP, pipe racks and piping layout plans.
  • Reviewing and Commenting on the Squad check drawings of other department.
  • Preparation of piping RFI for the project received.
  • Coordinating with the project and Site for preparation of Piping As-Built drawings of various projects.
  • Management and allocations of piping department draftsman and designer for various project and site activities.
  • Timely and quality delivering of the piping department deliverables.
  • Mentoring and training of piping draftsman and designers for the piping deliverables like newly acquired Auto CAD plant 3D Software.
  • Coordinate with clients for inputs and clarifications.
  • Clarifications of site queries.
  • Deliver Drawings, Documents as per Project schedule with proper quality.
  • 30%,60%,90% internal model review and coordinate with related disciplines and finally % wise model review with client.
  • Knowledge of Preparation of Piping Design Basis , Piping material specifications and Valve material specifications.
  • Need to system checking for quality out put of all deliverables of the department.
  • TBA and VDR for Piping elements.
