Role Description

Untangle is looking for a QA Analyst for one of its European based clients. The main responsibilities of the role shall be:

- Conduct thorough software testing, analyse data, write test cases and communicate with developers.- Checking software functionality on different operating systems, browsers and devices to ensure that the software is up to the standard and meets the users’ needs.- Proactively work with the team to provide testing point of view, estimation, strategy and other support as required- Actively use the project management tool (Azure DevOps) to keep track of all the tasks with up to date events and status including blockers- Actively participate in meetings and workshops including requirements- Perform root cause analysis on defects found to identify and mitigate project risks.- Perform functional, non-functional, regression, exploratory, performance, security and other types of testing across ecosystem- Actively work on upskilling self for business knowledge and systems

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, software development or related fields.- 2+ years of experience as a software tester or software quality assurance specialist.- Proven aptitude for testing quality software on multiple platforms and knowledge of industry-standard operating procedures and tools.- Demonstrated success in software development lifecycle management (SDLC).- Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical soundness, data analysis acumen and troubleshooting & programming capabilities.- Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and willingness to learn- Experience with automated testing tools and willingness to learn automation

Other Points

- Standard working hours: Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM (flexibility to adapt as required)- Location: Vadodara- Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office
