Junior System Administrator Job Code : PAL/JSA// Location : Bangalore Mode : Onsite Contact Email ID : About the Role We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to join our international IT infrastructure team. This role will involve managing basic system administration tasks and providing first-level support to our international teams/employees. Key Responsibilities: Monitor systems, databases, and cloud platforms using tools like Microsoft, VMWare, PRTG, Arctic Wolf, and Defender. Consolidation of existing data, support with data Analysis and provision of basic data for IT controlling, e.g. capacity and license management Execute patch management tasks, including VMWare, Citrix, and Windows updates. Provide first-level international support, troubleshooting infrastructure and client issues. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience. Basic knowledge of system administration and monitoring tools. Familiarity with patch management and basic infrastructure support. Strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to learn and support international teams across various time zones. Proficiency in German is an advantage but not a requirement. Candidates must, however, have a minimum of B2-level English proficiency to communicate effectively within the international teams and our headquarters.
