Open Position: Junior Secretary (Legal Firm)

 

A Legal Firm company is currently hiring Junior Secretary to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.

 

Key responsibilities include:

•                      Must possess at least a diploma in Private Secretary or a degree in Administration.

•                      Assist and manage the resolution of disputes, litigation and regulatory matters affecting the company’s business.

•                      Organize, file, and track key legal processes and responsibilities and maintain files and manuals for efficient access and retrieval of information.ss

•                      Proactively assist with all team, office, and client activities and requirements.

•                      Familiar with Microsoft Office, good and fast typing skill would be an added advantage.

•                      Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
