Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Real Estate Sales Representative. The Real Estate Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting clients to understand their needs, showing properties, and guiding them through the buying process. Additional tasks include creating market analysis reports, negotiating deals, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining thorough knowledge of real estate market trends.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid knowledge of Real Estate and Property fundamentals
  • Experience in Sales and ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and commitment to client satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the Ahmedabad real estate market is a plus
