Job Summary:


We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Solution Architect with a minimum of 2 successful S/4HANA greenfield implementation experiences. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP FI and CO, including financial accounting, controlling, and reporting. The Solution Architect will be responsible for leading the FICO module implementation, designing the solution architecture, and ensuring seamless integration with other modules.


Responsibilities:


- Lead the SAP FICO module implementation in a greenfield S/4HANA environment

- Design and implement the FICO solution architecture

- Ensure integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP)

- Develop and maintain financial accounting, controlling, and reporting processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

- Conduct fit-gap analysis, workshops, and training sessions

- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements and solution architecture guides

- Troubleshoot and resolve FICO-related issues


Requirements:


- Minimum 2 successful S/4HANA greenfield implementation experiences

- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI and CO, including financial accounting, controlling, and reporting

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and modules

- Excellent solution architecture and design skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


Nice to Have:


- SAP certification in FI or CO

- Experience with SAP Activate methodology

- Knowledge of industry-specific requirements (e.g., manufacturing, retail)

- Experience with cloud-based SAP implementations
