You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies and smart ad spend management.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.- Optimize campaign performance for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.- Conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and improve cost per acquisition (CPA/CAC).- Manage and track daily budgets, bids, and key growth metrics.- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.- Implement SEO and retargeting strategies to boost campaign efficiency.- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to plan and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms.Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google, Meta, or LinkedIn Ads).- Proven track record of managing ad budgets and achieving measurable results.- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console.- Basic understanding of SEO, funnels, and landing page optimization.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
