Key Responsibilities : Financial Management : Financial Reporting : Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with statutory regulations. Budgeting and Forecasting : Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Cost Management : Analyze and control costs to improve efficiency and profitability. Audit and Compliance : Internal and External Audits : Plan and oversee internal audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and external audits as required. Taxation : Handle all tax-related matters, including GST, income tax, and other statutory filings. Ensure timely submission of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations. Requirements : Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

with certification from ICAI. 3+ years

of experience in financial management, accounting, auditing, and taxation. Strong knowledge of

accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)

and financial regulations. Experience with

financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control . Proficiency in accounting software such as

Tally, SAP, QuickBooks , or other ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills

and experience with financial modeling. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Preferred Skills : Experience in managing

corporate tax

and handling audits. Familiarity with

e-commerce ,

manufacturing , or

service industries

is a plus. Knowledge of

financial risk management

and
