About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Analyst to analyse and evaluate the performance and

effectiveness of our Webcomics OTT Product and Creator Studio. You will work closely with

cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to

gather and analyse data, identify trends, and provide insights to drive product strategy and

decision-making. Your analytical skills and business acumen will contribute to improving

product offerings, enhancing user experience, and driving business growth.


Your Role

1. Conduct data analysis to assess product performance, user behaviour, and market

trends.

2. Collect and analyze data from various sources, including user feedback, surveys,

and analytics platforms.

3. Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data insights and communicate

findings to stakeholders.

4. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to optimize product features, pricing, and

user experience.

5. Collaborate with product managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and

track product metrics.

6. Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user preferences and

pain points.

7. Assist in the development of product roadmaps based on market research and

competitive analysis.

8. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform

product enhancements.

9. Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute product improvements and

bug fixes.

10. Support the implementation and launch of new product features or updates.


Must Have

1. Bachelor’s degree from Tier 1 college.

2. At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar

role.

3. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau and

Python.

4. Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and techniques.

5. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

6. Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to

non-technical stakeholders.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple

priorities.

8. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

9. Passion for webcomics, digital storytelling, and creating delightful user experiences


Good to Have

1. Experience in digital content products or a strong interest in comics and graphic

novels.

2. Experience with user acquisition and retention strategies in the OTT space.
