Job Role : Product Manager

Responsibilities :

- Product Strategy: Make data-driven product decisions, leveraging market insights and customer feedback.

- Customer Understanding: Build deep context with customers, partners, and market dynamics.

- Requirements Identification: Ideate, identify, and justify product requirements with a focus on underlying reasons.

- Customer Feedback: Operationalize channels for effective feedback collection and utilization.

- Competitive Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.

- Roadmap Execution: Translate strategic roadmaps into actionable development stories.

Requirements :

- Independent Thinker: Honest, rational, and direct in communication.

- Urgency: Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively.

- Fintech Experience: Shipped impactful fintech products as a product owner.

- Partnership Experience: 1+ year in banking and technical partnerships.

- Technical Background: BS/MS in quantitative fields (CS, engineering, physics, math, etc.

Bonus Skills :


- Familiarity with foreign remittance products.

Technical Skills :

- Product Management: Experience in defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing development cycles.

- Data Analysis: Ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions and measure success.

- API Integration: Understanding of API ecosystems and technical integrations.

- Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative product development.

- UX/UI Understanding: Familiarity with UX/UI principles to create intuitive and user-friendly products.

- Security Awareness: Knowledge of security considerations in financial products and compliance standards (eg, PCI-DSS).
