Job Title : React Developer

Experience Level : 5+ Years

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in React.js with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing web applications.

- Strong understanding of Redux and its core principles.

- Experience with state management in complex React applications.

- Proficient in modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

- Solid understanding of front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, etc.

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

- Good understanding of browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries like Angular or Vue.js.

- Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, etc.

- Familiarity with GraphQL.

- Experience with server-side rendering using frameworks like Next.js.

- Knowledge of design patterns and best practices in front-end development.

- Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to translate design wireframes into high-quality code.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) experience.

Responsibilities :

- Develop new user-facing features using React.js and Redux.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Work closely with designers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies.

- Continuously improve software quality by implementing best practices and standards.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
