Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Shadow Teacher role located in Sarjapura Bengaluru. The Shadow Teacher will assist students with special needs to ensure they have a comprehensive learning experience. Responsibilities include offering support during lessons, modifying tasks to meet the student's needs, implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and communicating effectively with parents, teachers, and therapists to track and report on student progress.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Lesson Planning and adapting educational content
  • A background in Education and Teaching
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with students, teachers, and parents
  • Experience in Training and skill development
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with special needs is a plus
