About What You’ll Be DoingWork closely with Account Managers & healthcare clients across USA to provide recruitment supportSourcing, interviewing, reviewing candidates across job portals and career networking sitesOnboarding, training, support to clinicians once hiredAddress candidate issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient mannerCollecting data from various sources.Interact with candidates on phone, email etc to deal with customer concerns
About You4 - 12 years of experience in US healthcare staffing, US staffing or talent acquisitionExcellent communication skills (written and spoken)Attention to detail and a proactive customer centric approachOpen to work as per EST hours (6.30 pm to 3 am IST)Comfortable working remotelyRemuneration: ₹6L - ₹9L p.a.
