About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Thiruvalla. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, building client relationships, and creating opportunities for expansion in the study abroad and immigration sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
- Promote company services to potential clients through meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service delivery.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and business progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing (experience in education, immigration, or overseas services is an added advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel if required.
