Location: Remote

Job Description:

Zencon is seeking an US IT Recruiter to work remotely to support our current recruitment process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Interview candidates and understand technical jargon- Use various sourcing techniques and hunt candidates- Conduct Boolean searches- Generate interest in passive candidates and sell the job - Call, email, social marketing- Update internal candidate database with candidate details and notes- Use creativity in finding the right talent- Hit weekly targets- Update resume formatting to make it presentable- Must have good communication skills- Must have at least 2 to 6 years US IT Recruiting experience

Expectations of the job:

Minimum target of 2 quality job submissions per day, 10 a week.

Minimum 1 closure in a month
