Job Description Job Title: Senior Power Apps Developer Experience: 6+ Years Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Engineer / Senior Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and deploy low-code applications and automation workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate (cloud & desktop) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives, collaborating closely with business users and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient automation solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows for business process automation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and product owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in solution architecture discussions , providing expertise on Power Platform best practices, security, and performance optimization . Manage Power Platform administration tasks , including environment setup, app migration, license and credit management, DLP policies, and monitoring platform usage. Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) for innovative low-code and AI-powered use cases. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and integrations. Document solutions, workflows, and governance standards for compliance and reusability. Mentor and guide junior developers or low-code engineers on Power Platform capabilities and development best practices. Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features, connectors, and tools to continuously enhance system efficiency and business outcomes. Mandatory Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in Power Platform development — Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate (cloud + desktop) . Deep understanding of Dataverse , SharePoint , SQL Server , Azure Logic Apps , Azure Functions , and Microsoft 365 integrations (Teams, Outlook, etc.). Proven experience in developing web and low-code applications , including automation of business workflows. Experience in Power Platform administration , including environment creation, license management, app migration, DLP policies, and usage tracking. Familiarity with solution architecture design and best practices around scalability, governance, and security. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders. Ability to design, code, and deploy applications independently . Preferred exposure to programming languages such as .NET, Java, or Python (not mandatory). Good to Have Experience using Power Apps AI services for intelligent, low-code solutions. Exposure to RPA development using Power Automate Desktop . Prior experience integrating Power Platform with external APIs or custom connectors .
