The role demands strong leadership, technical understanding, and a passion for fitness technology.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of new business post-verbal award, ensuring customer satisfaction.Plan and manage multiple product initiatives within defined scope, timeline, and budget.Validate business scope through POC, technical specs, and data analytics to select appropriate technologies.Build scalable engineering structures and define team roles to support operational growth.Apply Operational Excellence principles including Labour Management and Performance Coaching.Translate business needs into scalable designs and manage change control throughout the product lifecycle.Direct cross-functional teams, oversee SOP testing with IT, and ensure smooth go-live transitions.Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain process adherence.Monitor performance metrics, conduct training, and perform post-implementation audits.Communicate effectively, manage risks, and support team tasks to ensure successful product deliveryQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceStrong business acumen in project planning and managementStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsAbout OptimusOptimus is a next-generation SaaS reconciliation and data governance platform built for enterprises that demand accuracy, transparency, and compliance in financial operations.
