Mandatory Skill: Scrum Master & Quality Analyst
Experience Range: (6-10) Years
Work Location: Hyderabad
Roles and responsibilities:
7+ years of experience in QA space and played Scrum master’s role following Agile methodology.
Experience/understanding of tools and process related to Quality Engineering (Performance engineering, Automation and Test Data management).
Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and standards to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.
Design and execute test strategies for applications, including functional, non-functional, and security testing.
Monitor and report on key quality metrics, driving continuous improvement in test coverage, efficiency, and defect detection. Manage the QA budget, resources, and timelines for all software projects.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance assessments related to software quality.
Provides insight into best practices for high performing teams in the delivery of technology-related products, ensuring team actions are aligned with goals.
Facilitated all the Scrum Ceremonies which includes Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, sprint demo, sprint grooming and Retrospective meetings.
Encourages a continuous learning environment to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles as they relate to technical capabilities.
Leads scrum meetings, iteration reviews, and maintains backlogs. Conducted daily scrum meetings with offshore and on-site teams to identify impediments.
Provided training and coaching in Agile Development principles and practices to development teams, Product Owners.
Good communication, collaboration and presentational skills.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Experience/Understanding of Quality Engineering tools and processes.
Strong experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud Tools).
Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools like JMeter or any related tools.
Working as Scrum Master/Agile methodology experience.
Experienced lead who can lead multiple teams across onsite-offshore on agile best practices.
Foundational understanding of flow and agile metrics.
Experience using tools such as Jira, Service now, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
QE Tools (Automation, Performance engineering etc) and process.
Good to have:Scrum Master Certification.
Certified Software Quality Manager (CSQM).
