Key Responsibilities 1) Campaign Management Run Meta campaigns end-to-end targeting, creatives, testing, and optimization. Drive high-quality lead generation while keeping CPL on target. Analyze data and make quick adjustments to improve performance. 2) Creative Production Edit videos for ads, reels, and campaigns. Design static and motion creatives using Canva or Photoshop. Ensure all creatives are optimized for performance and on-brand. 3) Landing Pages & Website Update and optimize landing pages to boost conversions. Work with design/dev teams to maintain strong UX and mobile performance. Regularly check SEO and content accuracy. 4) Process Improvement Solve issues in campaigns and lead workflows. Collaborate with sales to improve lead management and reporting. Test new tools and tactics to stay ahead of competitors.
