Should have minimum of 2 years of Experience in Salesforce Pardot.

Should have been playing a Lead Role in his current Position.

Should have experience in Customer Communications and Interfacing to gather requirements, Educating the customer on features, Assist in UAT Testing


Should have experience on the following


• Perform configuration and administration of Pardot

• Implementing and demystifying advanced Pardot functionality e.g. Form Handlers, Landing Pages, UTM tracking, cookies / behavioural tracking etc

• Manage and advise on email marketing campaigns and best practice using Pardot platform.

• Experience in action-based nurturing and lead scoring.

• Report on key metrics and interpretation of the campaigns data.

• Manage Pardot and Salesforce connector configuration and synchronisation including custom Objects.

• Experience in implementing advanced marketing automation workflows within a medium to large organisation.

• Should have basic Administrative skills in the SFDC Platform

• Experience in Release Management with multiple phases.

• Production Deployment Best Practices.

• Excellent learning agility to expand expertise into Salesforce eco system of products.

• Should be having Pardot Specialist certification at a minimum

• Good to have Pardot Consultant Certification

• Good to have Certification in SFDC Core platform like PD1 or Admin

• Ability to manage medium size Marketing Automation team.
