Job Role & Responsibilities: -

Train faculty on updating attendance and grades in the ERP system (Maitri).

Manage classroom logistics and support visiting faculty members.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of course outlines and question papers.

Order and maintain classroom supplies and ensure classroom setups meet requirements.

Address day-to-day faculty inquiries.

Organize and provide resources for HBSP case studies and simulations as requested by faculty.

Develop monthly class schedules and manage the related invoicing process.

Class Scheduling and ERP (Maitri) Management:

Ensure the smooth operation of offline classes.

Create monthly timetables for all undergraduate programs and manage online class links.

Respond to faculty and student inquiries related to class scheduling.

Coordinate the scheduling and rescheduling of classes across all programs and batches.

Facilitate workshops and guest lectures.

Maintain accurate student, subject, and faculty records.

Implement and oversee the Maitri platform for class scheduling, attendance tracking, and grade recording.

Establish parent access on Maitri and share relevant student details with mentors.

Address student inquiries on a daily basis.

Distribute grade sheets and assist with elective course selection, program registration, and fee-related issues.

Engage with parents to address their concerns and queries.

Liaise with the Examination Department to ensure all student, subject, and faculty details are provided for exams.

Update exam records in the ERP system.

Work closely with the Accounts, Purchasing, HR, Library, IT, and Registrar's Offices to support program functions.

Coordinate with faculty to ensure the timely submission of question papers and exam marks to the examination department.
