Position: Front Office Executive
Location: Gachibowli
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000
Experience: 2–3 years

Job Description:

  • Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and enquiry handling
  • Maintain accurate records and update patient information in the system
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments for smooth operations
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication professionally
  • Manage billing assistance, cash handling, and receipt issuance where required
  • Ensure front office area is well-maintained and presentable at all times

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Hospital Management preferred
  • 2–3 years of healthcare / hospital front office experience
  • Strong grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hospital software (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and handle patient queries with empathy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
