Role Description :


Job Role : Taleo TechnoFunctional Consultant.


Experience : 5+ Years.


Location : Chennai, Pune.


Notice Period : Immediate Joiners.


Job Type : Contract.


This is a contract role for a Taleo Techno Functional Consultant.

As a Taleo Techno Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to the implementation and support of the Taleo platform.

This includes configuring and customizing Taleo modules, integrating Taleo with other systems, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of the system.

This role is located in Chennai and requires on-site work.

Qualifications :


Key Skills : Taleo TCC Scripts & Interfaces.


- Analytical Skills, Business Process, and Consulting experience.

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Experience with Taleo or other similar HR systems is preferred.

- Strong understanding of Finance and HR processes.

- Knowledge of integration techniques and technologies.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Experience in software implementation and support.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Role :


- Configure and customize Taleo modules to align with client-specific business processes and workflows.


- Develop and implement Taleo integrations with other HR systems and applications, such as ERP and payroll systems.


- Provide technical expertise and support for Taleo administration, including user management, security configuration, and system troubleshooting.


- Design and develop Taleo reports and analytics to provide insights into recruitment and talent management processes.


- Conduct end-user training sessions and create documentation to support system adoption and utilization.


- Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Taleo and share knowledge with the team.
